Payment failure. Workspace owners get an email as soon as a subscription payment fails, with the retry date and a link to update the card, before the plan is canceled. Billing settings keeps a notice if the plan was downgraded. Your data and purchased credits stay.
Plan changes. Changing plans updates the subscription you already have. If the card is declined, you stay on the current plan until the invoice is paid.
WhatsApp on the card and the contact. A case card lists WhatsApp and Intake Bot conversations linked to its contacts. A contact profile opens those threads in a Messages tab, with the same reply and return-to-bot rules as Team Inbox. Business and Enterprise.
Workspace owners now get an email as soon as a subscription payment fails, with the retry date and a link to update the card, instead of only hearing about it after the plan is canceled. Billing settings shows a notice explaining an automatic downgrade and a history of payment issues and plan changes. Data and purchased credits are unaffected by a downgrade.
A case card now lists WhatsApp and Intake Bot conversations linked to its contacts or submissions. Open a thread from the Messages tab to read history and reply with the same composer, session window, and credit rules as the Team Inbox.
A contact profile now opens linked WhatsApp threads in a Messages tab next to Activity. One thread opens inline; several show a list first. Reply, return to bot, and session rules match the Team Inbox.
Changing plans now always updates your existing subscription instead of ever starting a second one, so a workspace can no longer be billed twice or have an old subscription cancel the plan it is paying for. An upgrade takes effect once its charge clears; if the card is declined you are taken straight to the invoice and stay on your current plan until it is paid. Downgrades apply immediately and credit the unused time to your next invoice.
