Agent Block — Derived columns
Agent block decision tables can now carry a value that is implied by the chosen combination but never asked. Mark a mapped column 'fill silently from match' and, once the respondent's answers pin a row, that column's value (for example a unique code per combination) is pulled from the matched row and saved to the submission. Derived values ride along to records, exports, and process board cards like any other field, but never appear as a question in the conversation.

Copy FlowApp across workspaces
Workspace owners and admins can copy a FlowApp from one workspace into another. A three-step wizard picks the destination, previews Intake Bots, Process Boards, phases, and Record Types to be copied, and runs a dependency checklist for integrations and contact fields in the destination. The copy includes structure and configuration only (no submissions or cases), runs in a single transaction, and leaves copied Intake Bots as drafts. Missing integrations link straight to reconnect, and missing custom contact fields can be created in the destination right from the result step. Available on every plan.

Record lookup fields
A new field type lets respondents search and pick an existing Record Type row (a program, location, product, or any record) instead of typing it. Large datasets switch to a search as you type picker that loads matches on demand and sorts them A to Z; smaller sets render as selectable options. The chosen record links the submission to that row, so record mapping, process boards, and exports resolve the real entity. Available on every plan.
