Assign cases to team members
Process Board cards can now be assigned to one or more team members. Pick assignees from the case view, see their avatars on every card, and filter the board by assignee from the toolbar. Newly assigned members get an email with a direct link to the case, and every assignment change is recorded in the case activity timeline.
