Credit packs at a flat $0.01 each
Credit packs now price at a flat $0.01 per credit across the ladder: Growth is $50 for 5,000, Scale is $100 for 10,000, and a new Peak pack adds 50,000 credits for $500. Boost stays at $10 for 1,000. Volume discounts are gone so a credit spent on WhatsApp or any other vendor pass-through costs what it says on the invoice.

Team Inbox for WhatsApp conversations
Business and Enterprise workspaces get a native Team Inbox to watch and reply to WhatsApp threads in real time. Assign a teammate, link a CRM contact, and hand a paused bot conversation back so the Intake Bot resumes instead of starting over. Inbound keeps arriving when purchased credits run out. Outbound needs purchased credits.

See where your credits go
Billing settings now breaks the month's credit usage down by what spent it: AI, integration tool calls, and WhatsApp messages. It is still one balance and one top-up, so nothing changes about how you buy or spend credits. The rows always add up to the total shown above them. This also completes the rename from "AI credits" to "credits", since one wallet has funded more than AI for a while now.
