End an intake early with a content block
Any content block can now be marked as the end of a path. When a respondent reaches it, that block becomes the closing message and the submission is finalized right there — the rest of the flow is skipped and the full pipeline (contact, record, card, routing) still runs. Pairs with conditional logic for branch-specific endings like disqualification or 'you're all set'. Each early-ended submission stores an outcome label you choose, shown on the submission and available as an export column.

Advisor blocks always offer a way forward
Knowledge-grounded advisor blocks now show a persistent Continue or Finish button on every turn, so respondents can always move on without waiting for the bot to decide the conversation is over. The label adapts to the block's position in the flow and can be customized.

Agent Block — Instruct Mode
Agent blocks can now answer respondent questions from attached markdown knowledge inside the flow. Instruct mode adds a zero-output knowledge-grounded advisor and mid-collect answer-then-redirect during slot collection. Responses are grounded only in builder-attached knowledge — never open-domain. Available on Pro plans and above.
