Run Intake Bots on WhatsApp
Business and Enterprise workspaces can connect a WhatsApp number and run the same Intake Bot on WhatsApp: buttons and lists, inbound media, calculated fields, agent blocks, and the full submission pipeline (contact, record, Process Board card). Connect a number you already have in Meta or provision a new US number. Business includes up to 3 numbers. Messages use purchased credits, not the monthly plan allotment.
