Credits are consumed when you use AI features. Different actions use different amounts. Free tier credits are one-time; Pro and Business credits refresh monthly.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free (17% discount). Pro: $290/year. Business: $990/year.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

A FlowApp is a complete mini-application you build inside ioZen. It combines a conversational intake form (IntakeBot), a contact database, structured records, and a visual process board. Instead of stitching together a form builder, a CRM, and a project tracker, you get all of that in one place.

Yes. No credit card, no trial period, no catch. You get 1 FlowApp, unlimited intake bots, 5 process boards, 500 contacts, a full CRM, and 1,000 AI credits to try things out. It stays free for as long as you use it. Learn more on our free plan page.

Form builders collect data and dump it into a spreadsheet. ioZen collects data through a conversational interface, then routes it into process boards, creates contact records, and tracks the work through stages. You replace the form, the CRM, and the project tracker with one tool.

If you have one use case and want to see how ioZen works, start with Free. If you are running multiple processes, need attribution tracking, or have a team of up to 5, go with Pro. If you need conversions, webhooks, ad integrations, white-labeling, or encrypted fields, Business is the one.

Every time ioZen uses AI on your behalf, it costs credits. That includes generating a FlowApp from a description, AI follow-up questions in an IntakeBot, and field intelligence like validation or data extraction. Free includes 1,000 credits (one-time). Pro gets 1,000 per month. Business gets 10,000 per month. Credits don't roll over.

When someone uploads a document or image to your IntakeBot, ioZen can read it and pull out structured data automatically. For example, extracting line items from an invoice or reading a business card. This feature is available on Pro and Business plans.

Yes. Upgrades are instant and your data carries over. You can also downgrade anytime, and the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Yes. Annual plans give you 2 months free, which works out to a 17% discount. Pro is $290/year, Business is $990/year.

Some features are still being built. If you sign up now, your plan locks in access to those features when they go live. No price changes, no surprise upgrades needed.

Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation. During that time you can export everything or reactivate your account. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

Yes. Your data is yours. You can export contacts, submissions, and records to CSV at any time. We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models.
