Brand Kit looks and website match
- The problem
- Brand Kit didn't offer technical, institutional or organic looks, and matching a public website needed a beta flag.
- What we did
- Brand Kit starting looks now include technical, institutional, and organic character. Operators can match a public website without a beta flag. Type includes serif, mono, and display families with letter spacing and label case. Button colour, answer layout, and transparent, grid, or mesh surfaces apply on the public Intake Bot.

Form and immersive Intake Bot layouts
- The problem
- An Intake Bot couldn't collect on a full form or an immersive branded page.
- What we did
- Intake Bots can now collect on a full form or an immersive branded page, using the same validation and submit path as conversation. Operators can upload a licensed WOFF2 font and a background image they own. Those assets travel with a FlowApp copy.

Knowledge and Instruct are Business and Enterprise
- The problem
- Knowledge and Instruct weren't limited to Business and Enterprise.
- What we did
- The Knowledge library and Agent Block Instruct (advisor and answer-then-redirect) are now on Business and Enterprise. Free and Pro can still open Knowledge from the sidebar and see an upgrade wall. Existing attached documents and Instruct turns keep answering. Collect mode stays on Pro.

Edit your WhatsApp business profile from ioZen
- The problem
- You had to open Meta to change your WhatsApp business profile.
- What we did
- Each connected WhatsApp number now has a business profile editor in Integrations. Change the photo, About, description, email, address, websites, and category without opening Meta. The preview updates as you type and saves on its own. Photo upload uses Kapso's resumable ingest, then publishes to the WhatsApp business profile.

Reusable Knowledge for Agent Blocks
- The problem
- You had no shared library of reusable documents to connect to Agent Blocks.
- What we did
- Create reusable Markdown documents and collections in a shared workspace library, keep draft changes out of live conversations, and connect published content to Agent Blocks. See every Intake Bot and Agent Block using a document, including use through a collection. ioZen finds supporting passages by keyword and meaning, shows the evidence it found, and falls back to keyword search when meaning-based search is unavailable.
