Test submissions from bot preview and the single-field test view now route to Meta's Test Events tab when a Test Event Code is set. Real submissions never carry the code.
When you’re setting up a Meta integration, you need a way to confirm the conversion triggers are firing correctly without polluting your live dataset. Previously that required running a live test submission and then cleaning up the data.
Now, any test submission run inside ioZen (bot preview or single-field test view) automatically routes to Meta’s Test Events tab when a Test Event Code is set. You can verify your On Submission and Field-Level conversion triggers end to end, with real Pixel + CAPI pairs showing up in the sandbox exactly as they would in production.
Real submissions are isolated. They always go to your live dataset and never carry the test code, so it’s safe to leave the Test Event Code set permanently after initial setup.
