The Knowledge library, and Agent Block answers grounded in it, moved to Business and Enterprise. Free and Pro can still open Knowledge from the sidebar and see an upgrade wall. Documents and advisor turns you already attached keep answering.
On this date, Collect mode was still on Pro. The September 15 release then folded Collect and Instruct into one Agent Block, and new authoring requires Business or Enterprise. Published Pro blocks still serve.
A follow-up that asks for another option searches again from the earlier questions and returns a different matching passage when the documents have one.

When a respondent asks for another option after a Knowledge answer, the Intake Bot searches again from their earlier questions and returns a different matching passage when the connected documents have one. It no longer repeats the first answer or says it has no information when another cited place exists.
