Workspace owners and admins can copy a FlowApp's full structure from one workspace into another in a single transaction. A three-step wizard previews what will be copied and flags any missing dependencies in the destination.
Building the same FlowApp twice for different clients, offices, or environments has always been manual work. Copy each IntakeBot field by field, rebuild the Process Board stages, map the routing rules again. This release eliminates that.
A three-step wizard handles the whole thing. Pick the destination workspace, review a preflight checklist that shows every Intake Bot, Process Board, phase, and Record Type about to be installed, then run the copy. The operation is atomic — either everything lands cleanly or nothing changes.
Copied Intake Bots arrive as drafts so you can review them and reconnect any dependencies before publishing. The source workspace is untouched throughout.
If the destination workspace is missing integrations or custom contact fields that exist in the source, the result step surfaces them with deep links. You can jump straight to reconnect an integration or create the missing field without leaving the flow.
Structure and configuration only — no submissions or cases are copied.
Available on all plans.
