Cards can now be assigned to one or more team members. Pick assignees from the case view, see their avatars on every card, and filter the board by assignee from the toolbar. Newly assigned members get an email with a direct link to the case. Every assignment change lands in the case activity timeline, so you can see who owned it and when it moved.
