ioZen Quick Start: Build Your First FlowApp

Get your first lead capture FlowApp live in minutes. By the end of this guide, you’ll have a working FlowApp collecting leads through a conversational interface.

  1. Go to app.iozen.ai
  2. Click Start free
  3. Enter your email or sign in with Google
  4. Name your workspace
  1. From your dashboard, click New FlowApp
  2. Give it a name (e.g., “Quote Requests”)
  3. Click Create
  1. Click Generate with AI
  2. Choose a use case from the AI suggestions, or describe your own
  3. Review the AI’s conversation plan (goal, audience, beats, and branching logic)
  4. Approve or adjust the plan (up to 2 rounds of refinement)
  5. ioZen builds your Intake Bot automatically

Fine-tune your IntakeBot:

  • Add/remove fields: Click + to add, × to remove
  • Adjust settings: Required fields, validation rules
  • Preview: See how it looks to respondents
  1. Click Publish in the top right
  2. Copy your share link
  3. Test it yourself by filling it out
  1. Submit a test response
  2. Return to your FlowApp dashboard
  3. See your submission in the Records tab
  4. Check the Contacts tab: a contact was created automatically
  1. Click Sharing in your Intake Bot settings
  2. Copy the direct link, or download a QR code for print
  3. Or grab the embed code to add it to your website
