AI credits
AI credits are the unit of consumption for artificial intelligence features in ioZen. Every time an AI model processes data for your workspace, a defined number of credits is consumed.
Credit costs per operation
Section titled “Credit costs per operation”The number of credits used depends on the complexity of the operation.

Note: Vision Extraction for document pre-fill counts toward your monthly vision extraction limit rather than consuming AI credits.
Plan allowances
Section titled “Plan allowances”Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits.

Included credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. They do not roll over to the next month. On the Free plan, the 1,000 credits are provided once and are not renewed.
Credit packs
Section titled “Credit packs”If you need more credits, you can purchase one-time credit packs. These are available on all paid plans.

Purchased credits never expire. They remain in your workspace until used.
Consumption order
Section titled “Consumption order”ioZen consumes credits in the following order:
- Monthly allowance (included in your plan)
- Bonus credits (from promotions or referrals)
- Purchased credits (from credit packs)
Running out of credits
Section titled “Running out of credits”If your workspace runs out of AI credits:
- FlowApps and Intake Bots continue to work for respondents.
- AI-specific features (voice input, intelligence scoring, extraction) are disabled.
- Standard form collection and routing rules continue to function.
- AI features resume as soon as more credits are added or your billing cycle resets.
