Credit packs
Section titled “Credit packs”Paid plans can purchase additional credits that never expire, at a flat $0.01 per credit.
- Boost: 1,000 credits for $10
- Growth: 5,000 credits for $50
- Scale: 10,000 credits for $100
- Peak: 50,000 credits for $500
Billing notes
Section titled “Billing notes”- Annual billing: Choosing annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to monthly payments.
- Submissions: All plans include unlimited submissions. We do not charge per respondent session.
- Free plan credits: The 1,000 credits on the Free plan are a one-time allowance and do not renew monthly.
- Credit expiration: Credits included in your plan reset monthly. Credits purchased via packs never expire.
- WhatsApp billing: WhatsApp messages draw on purchased credits only, never your monthly plan allowance.
- Intake Bot limit: Draft and published Intake Bots both count. Archived bots do not, and they cannot be restored while you are at the cap.
- Knowledge documents: Archived documents do not count. Documents that already existed on Free or Pro keep serving.
- Published Pro Agent Blocks: They keep serving. Creating a new Agent Block requires Business or Enterprise.
