Ad platform integrations

ioZen connects your Intake Bot submissions directly to your advertising platforms. By sending conversion events server-side, you can optimize your campaigns based on actual outcomes rather than just clicks.

You can configure integrations for the major advertising networks. Each integration uses server-side APIs to ensure reliable data delivery that bypasses browser-based tracking limitations.

Standard tracking often only tells you when a form is submitted. ioZen allows for more granular attribution through field-level conversions.

You can trigger specific conversion events based on how a respondent answers a question. For example, you can send a high-value conversion event only when a respondent selects a budget above a certain threshold. This helps ad platform algorithms find higher quality cases for your business.

When a respondent completes an Intake Bot, ioZen processes the submission and identifies any active ad platform integrations.

  1. ioZen captures click IDs (such as fbclid or gclid) from the URL when the respondent arrives.
  2. The submission is matched against your configured conversion rules.
  3. ioZen sends the event data directly to the ad platform’s API from our servers.

This server-to-server flow is more reliable than traditional pixel-based tracking because it is not affected by ad blockers or browser privacy settings.

You can manage your ad platform connections in the FlowApp Settings under the Integrations tab. You will need your API keys, pixel IDs, or access tokens from each platform to complete the setup.

Ad platform integrations and field-level conversion tracking are available on Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans. They are not available on Free.
