Magic Moments
Magic Moments are ambient celebration effects that you can add to content blocks in an Intake Bot. They trigger visual or auditory flair when a respondent reaches a specific part of your conversation.
Available effects
Section titled “Available effects”There are nine effects available for your bots. You can choose the intensity level for each: subtle, standard, or epic.
- Confetti. A classic burst of colorful paper.
- Fireworks. Bright explosions of light in the background.
- Thunderstorm. Flashes of light and rain effects.
- Deep breath. A calming, rhythmic visual pulse.
- Gong. A resonant sound and visual ripple.
- Dramatic explosion. A high-impact visual burst.
- Drama curtain. A theatrical opening or closing effect.
- Rainbow portal. A colorful, swirling transition.
- Flying unicorn. A playful character that moves across the screen.
How to add one
Section titled “How to add one”You add Magic Moments directly in the content block editor. Open a content block and use the kind picker to select an effect. You can preview each effect and intensity before saving your changes.
AI selection
Section titled “AI selection”The AI can suggest Magic Moments based on the Voice Pack tone of your bot. The tone determines which effects the model selects and how many it uses.

If you configure an effect manually, ioZen preserves your choice even if you regenerate the bot with AI.
Ludicrous mode
Section titled “Ludicrous mode”Ludicrous mode is a special Voice Pack setting that enables maximum personality. In this mode, the AI uses all nine effects without a cap. It picks the intensity for each content block based on the surrounding conversation context. See Generate with AI for more on Voice Packs.
Performance
Section titled “Performance”Magic Moments are built for speed and accessibility.
- Lazy loading. Each effect loads only when needed. If a bot has no effects, zero bytes are loaded for them.
- Accessibility. Effects respect browser signals for
prefers-reduced-motionandSave-Data. - Kill switch. You can disable all effects at once using the bot-level setting in the dashboard.
- Optimized assets. Visuals use lightweight code rather than heavy video or image files.
Magic Moments are available on all plans, including Free.
