Branding
Branding settings allow you to align the appearance of your Intake Bot with your company identity. You can customize the visual elements and the messaging that respondents see during the conversation.
Custom branding
Section titled “Custom branding”You can modify the following elements for each Intake Bot. These settings are found in the Design tab of the builder.
- Logo: Upload your company logo to appear at the top of the conversation.
- Colors: Set your primary and accent colors to match your brand palette.
- Welcome message: Customize the first message a respondent sees when the bot starts.
- Thank-you screen: Personalize the final screen that appears after a respondent completes the bot.
These customization options are available on all plans, including the Free plan.
Removing the ioZen badge
Section titled “Removing the ioZen badge”By default, Intake Bots include a “Powered by ioZen” badge in the interface. You can remove this badge to provide a fully white-labeled experience for your respondents.
The option to remove branding is available on the Business and Enterprise plans. You can find the toggle in the Settings tab of your Intake Bot.
Roadmap
Section titled “Roadmap”We are working on additional branding features to give you more control over the respondent experience.
- Custom domain: The ability to serve Intake Bots from your own domain is on our roadmap.
- Custom CSS: Full control over the appearance of the Intake Bot via CSS is currently in development.
These features are not yet available for use.
The availability of branding features depends on your plan.
