Integrations directory
The Integrations Directory is an in-app catalog that lists every service you can connect to ioZen. It provides a central place to discover new ways to automate your workflow and sync data with other tools.
You can find the directory in the FlowApp Settings under the Integrations tab.
Browsing integrations
Section titled “Browsing integrations”The directory organizes integrations into six categories: Marketing (ad platforms and attribution), Automation (workflow tools like Zapier and Make), CMS (site builders), CRM (customer relationship platforms), Email (marketing and notification services), and Productivity (project management and communication tools).
Each integration card includes a brief description and a direct link to the setup path.
Status badges
Section titled “Status badges”Every integration in the directory has a status badge. These badges tell you how the connection is managed and what to expect during setup.
| Badge | What it means |
|---|---|
| Native | Built directly into ioZen. Configure it by entering credentials in settings. |
| Via Webhook | Connects using webhooks, often through a tool like Zapier. |
| Guide | A manual setup guide, such as adding embed code to a CMS. |
| Coming Soon | In development. No setup available yet. |
Requesting an integration
Section titled “Requesting an integration”If you need an integration that is not yet available, you can use the Request Integration flow. You can find this option at the bottom of the directory.
When you submit a request, ioZen automatically attaches the category you were browsing to the message. This helps our team understand which tools are most important for your workflow.
Action Blocks
Section titled “Action Blocks”Connected services power Action Blocks in Intake Bots. After you connect a tool in the directory, you can add blocks in the Intake Bot editor that call that tool when a case reaches a step or finishes the intake. See Action Blocks for configuration details.
The Integrations Directory is available on all plans. You can browse all options and request new integrations regardless of your current subscription.
Standard integrations are available on all plans. Premium integrations (advanced CRM and productivity tools) require Business or Enterprise.
Free workspaces can connect up to two integrations. Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans have unlimited connections.
Some specific integrations (such as ad platforms or webhooks) require a Pro plan or higher to activate. The directory will indicate if a specific integration is gated by a plan.
