ioZen can generate Intake Bots, FlowApps, and routing rules from plain-language descriptions. You describe what you need, and the AI builds the structure, questions, and logic for you.

Creating a FlowApp with the Smart Wizard

The Smart Wizard builds a complete FlowApp through a conversational flow. It starts with suggestions based on your organization profile.

1. Select a use case. Choose from AI-suggested options or describe your specific need in plain language.
2. Review the conversation plan. The AI drafts a plan that covers goals, audience, and branching logic.
3. Approve or adjust. You can approve the draft or ask for changes. The AI supports up to two adjustment rounds per plan.
4. Generate the FlowApp. After approval, ioZen builds the entire app, including the Intake Bot and initial Process Board.
5. Deploy. Choose how to share your new app. Options include direct links, embed codes, or platform-specific guides for 14 CMS platforms.

AI plan review

Before the AI writes any questions, it shows you a short conversation plan. The plan covers the goal, audience, conversation beats, branches to honor, and the priority signal the bot will use to score and route cases.

Read it over. If it looks right, approve the plan and the AI builds your FlowApp. If something is off, ask for a new draft and try again.

You see the structure before any schema exists. Branching mistakes show up here, not after you have already published a bot.

AI plan review is available on all plans. The plan step itself does not use extra AI credits.

Voice Packs

Voice Packs shape the tone of your Intake Bot. The tone applies to all questions, follow-ups, content blocks, and messages.

Available tones: Playful (light, energetic), Warm (friendly, approachable), Professional (clear, direct), Formal (serious, structured), and Ludicrous (maximum personality for showcase and demo bots).

The Voice Pack also influences Magic Moments. Playful and Warm tones include a limited set of effects. Professional and Formal tones disable effects. Ludicrous mode uses all available effects with high intensity.

Org Profile Enrichment

When you sign up, ioZen uses your website URL to discover your organization profile. This includes your name, industry, services, and target audience.

This data powers context-aware suggestions across the platform. The Smart Wizard and Smart Create tools use this profile to suggest relevant use cases and conversation plans without you having to re-type basic company info.

Creating an Intake Bot with AI

Inside any FlowApp, you can use Smart Create to build new bots. You have three ways to start:

• Choose from AI-suggested bot types.
• Describe your need in plain language.
• Upload a document to extract fields directly (Pro plan and above).

Generating routing rules

After building an Intake Bot, the AI analyzes the schema to suggest routing rules. These rules determine how cases move through your Process Board based on respondent answers. See Workflow Routing for more details.

Plans

AI generation features are available on all plans. Document extraction for Smart Create requires a Pro plan or higher. Each generation task uses AI credits from your monthly allowance.
