Most matter intake starts with a phone call, a PDF, and an email thread that goes back and forth for a week. ioZen replaces the contact form on your website with a conversation that captures the full matter, qualifies the client, and routes them before your team gets involved.
Live intake
Built from the website in two minutes
The conversation that replaces your form.
"A prospective client calls in, forgets half the facts, and your paralegal spends an hour in follow-up email."
Billable time spent before the matter even starts.
"You can't run a conflict check until you have all the party names. The form gives you three. The client mentions six when they arrive."
Delayed intake, last-minute conflicts discovered on the day of the consult.
"Good cases come through the door. Some of them leave because the contact form asked for an email and nothing else."
Retainers lost to intake friction you never see.
"The intake form has 14 fields. Half are blank when it arrives. The other half need clarification."
Cases start late. Clients feel like they have to repeat themselves.
Miguel manages intake at a 12-attorney family law firm. Before ioZen, new matter inquiries came in as email threads and a Clio form that about half of prospective clients abandoned halfway through. His team spent Monday mornings chasing incomplete submissions for the information they actually needed before they could even screen for conflicts.
Now every inquiry arrives as a complete case summary. The Intake Bot asks about the practice area, parties involved, relevant dates, and whether the client has worked with an attorney before. Sensitive fields, Social Security numbers for family law matters and financial account details, are marked Private and Encrypted at the field level. None of that information is sent to the AI. All of it stores in the vault.
By Monday morning, Miguel has a Submission Intelligence score on each new inquiry. Urgent custody matters sit above standard consultations. He routes the priority ones before 9 AM and bills his first hour by 9:30.
ABA Model Rule 1.6 requires reasonable security measures to protect client information. Here is what ioZen provides at the field level.
Mark any field as Private. Those fields are stored separately and never sent to the AI model. Case numbers, Social Security numbers, opposing party details: you control what the AI can see.
Fields marked Private and Encrypted store in Supabase Vault, a separate encrypted table away from the main database. Appropriate for SSNs, financial account numbers, and sensitive case details.
Every workspace is isolated using row-level security in Supabase. A matter at one practice cannot be accessed by another. Application-level workspace checks run on every request.
ioZen runs on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare). All traffic uses TLS 1.3. A DPA is available on request for firms with data processing requirements.
Full security documentation, compliance status, and our privacy controls are on the security page. For compliance documentation, email [email protected].
ioZen replaces the contact form with an Intake Bot that collects the full matter, scores urgency, and routes to the right attorney or practice area.
One question at a time. The AI follows up on vague answers and adapts to the practice area being described.
Score by urgency, practice area fit, and completeness. Time-sensitive matters surface first.
Route by practice area, case type, or intake score. Family law to one team, commercial litigation to another.
Mark SSNs, case numbers, and financial details as Private or Private and Encrypted. You choose what the AI touches.
Clients upload prior agreements, correspondence, or identification directly in the conversation. AI extracts the relevant fields.
If a prospective client closes the tab mid-intake, they pick up exactly where they left off. Sessions persist for 24 hours.

About 5 minutes. Describe your intake flow and the AI builds a FlowApp for you.
Set up conflict-check fields
Add a question for all involved parties. Mark opposing party names as Private so they stay out of AI context.
Mark sensitive fields as Private and Encrypted
SSNs, financial account numbers, and case-sensitive details go into the vault. Not the main database.
Score by urgency and practice area fit
Configure Submission Intelligence to surface time-sensitive matters at the top of your board each morning.
One FlowApp, 1,000 AI credits, and unlimited submissions. No credit card, no trial that expires. Most law firms move to Pro when their second practice area needs its own intake flow.
