A FlowApp is a complete mini-application: an IntakeBot that collects information through conversation, a Process Board for managing submissions as they come in, and a Contacts CRM with the full history of every contact. One FlowApp covers what you would normally need a form builder, a CRM, and a workflow tool to do.

An IntakeBot is the customer-facing part of a FlowApp. Instead of a static form, visitors have a natural conversation. Questions flow one at a time. When answers are vague, the AI asks follow-ups. When someone uploads a document, the AI reads it and extracts the data automatically. Completion rates are 40%+ higher than traditional forms.

No. Every plan, including Free, includes unlimited submissions. There are no per-form caps, no monthly limits, and no overage charges. Plan limits cover how many FlowApps and IntakeBots you can run, not how many people can fill them out.

Credits cover the AI-powered parts of ioZen: generating FlowApps, follow-up questions in IntakeBots, document extraction, voice input, and field validation. Basic form submissions don't use any. Free includes 1,000 credits (one-time). Pro gets 1,000 per month. Business gets 10,000 per month. Enterprise gets 50,000 per month. Plan credits reset monthly. Purchased credit packs never expire.

Yes. Every IntakeBot can be embedded on any website with a single script tag, or shared as a standalone link. No developer needed. The embed is responsive and works on all devices and platforms.

HIPAA: not today. ioZen should not be used to store or process PHI, and we do not currently sign BAAs. Our architecture is designed to support it in the future. GDPR: in progress. We follow privacy-by-design principles and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request. See our security page for the full compliance status.

Yes. Your data is yours. You can export contacts, submissions, and records to CSV at any time. ioZen does not sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation. During that time you can export everything or reactivate your account. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.

Yes. Upgrades are instant and your data carries over. You can downgrade anytime, and the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Yes. Annual plans give you 2 months free, which works out to a 17% discount. Pro is $290/year, Business is $990/year. Enterprise is custom-billed on annual or quarterly terms.

Yes. REST API access is available on Pro and Business plans. Full documentation is at iozen.ai/docs/.

Yes. On Business and Enterprise, you can remove the 'Powered by ioZen' badge from every IntakeBot. Custom domain and custom CSS are coming soon for these plans.

Yes. Enterprise starts at $500/month with unlimited capacity, 50,000 AI credits per month, SSO/SAML, remove ioZen branding, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
