A FlowApp is a complete mini-application that combines three things: an IntakeBot (conversational AI that collects information), a Process Board (visual pipeline for managing leads), and a Contacts CRM (customer records with full history). One FlowApp replaces your form builder, CRM, and project tracker.

Free plan includes 1,000 credits one-time. Pro gets 1,000 per month. Business gets 10,000 per month. Credits don't roll over between months.
Yes. Every IntakeBot can be embedded on any website with a single script tag, or shared as a standalone link. No developer needed. The embed is responsive and works on all devices and platforms.
Yes. ioZen supports HIPAA-ready configurations with private fields that AI never sees and encryption for sensitive data. For GDPR compliance, a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available. The full list of subprocessors is published at iozen.ai/legal/subprocessors/.
Yes. Your data is yours. You can export contacts, submissions, and records to CSV at any time. ioZen does not sell your data or use it to train AI models.
Your data stays available for 30 days after cancellation. During that time you can export everything or reactivate your account. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted.
Yes. Upgrades are instant and your data carries over. You can downgrade anytime, and the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
Yes. Annual plans give you 2 months free, which works out to a 17% discount. Pro is $290/year, Business is $990/year.

On the Business plan, you can remove ioZen branding from IntakeBots and process boards. This lets agencies deploy ioZen for clients under their own brand.
