ioZen Quick Start: Build Your First FlowApp

Get your first lead capture FlowApp live in minutes. By the end of this guide, you’ll have a working FlowApp collecting leads through a conversational interface.

Step 1: Sign Up (30 seconds)

  1. Go to app.iozen.ai
  2. Click Start free
  3. Enter your email or sign in with Google
  4. Name your workspace

Step 2: Create a FlowApp (30 seconds)

  1. From your dashboard, click New FlowApp
  2. Give it a name (e.g., “Quote Requests”)
  3. Click Create

Step 3: Generate with AI (60 seconds)

  1. Click Generate with AI
  2. Describe what you need:

    “I want to collect quote requests for my design agency with project type, description, budget, and timeline”

  3. Click Generate
  4. Review the generated IntakeBot

Step 4: Customize (60 seconds)

Fine-tune your IntakeBot:

  • Add/remove fields: Click + to add, × to remove
  • Adjust settings: Required fields, validation rules
  • Preview: See how it looks to respondents

Step 5: Publish (30 seconds)

  1. Click Publish in the top right
  2. Copy your share link
  3. Test it yourself by filling it out

Step 6: View Submissions (30 seconds)

  1. Submit a test response
  2. Return to your FlowApp dashboard
  3. See your submission in the Records tab
  4. Check the Contacts tab: a contact was created automatically

You’re Done!

In under 5 minutes, you’ve created a lead capture system that:

  • Captures and qualifies leads through conversation
  • Creates structured records
  • Builds your contact database automatically
